Provide two years W-2, and one months paystubs for each employed borrower.
If you are self-employed please provide two years tax returns and a YTD profit
and loss statement.
Provide recent copies of any stock brokerage or IRA/401K accounts that you
may have.
If you own rental property, please provide rental agreements and your last
two years tax returns.
Three months bank statements for each bank, stock and mutual fund accounts
- if available.
If you are requesting a cash out refinance please provide a letter
explaining what you plan to do with the proceeds.
Provide copy of divorce decree if applicable.
Permanent residents: provide us with a copy of your green card (front &
back).
Make check for $55 payable to American Mutual Mortgage for the credit
report. If you are refinancing your owner-occupied property, you may pay the
appraiser at the door, otherwise include an additional $300 for the appraisal
fee.
